Our Classes


Beginner

Beginner classes are ideal for those who are new to reformer Pilates or looking to build confidence and refine their technique.

Classes focus on strong foundations, controlled movement, and clear technique. Exercises are taught at a manageable pace, with time to understand alignment, breath, and transitions.

This class is perfect as your starting point on the reformer, or if you prefer a class that feels more supportive as you build strength and confidence.

No previous pilates experience is required.

Postnatal (Baby Friendly)

Postnatal classes support a safe, gradual return to movement after pregnancy, in a warm environment - with babies welcome alongside you.

We focus on rebuilding strength through the core, pelvic floor, and postural muscles, with an emphasis on breath and mindful movement. Expect a gentle pace, clear guidance, and plenty of options to modify or rest as needed. This is not about “bouncing back”, but about moving with care as your body recovers - with space for feeds, cuddles, breaks and the realities of postnatal life.

Thursday’s at 10:30am. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8–10 weeks following a Caesarean section, with medical clearance. Babies must be pre-crawling and can remain beside you on a mat or in a small floor carrier.

All Levels

Our All Levels class is suitable for those who are familiar with the reformer and basic Pilates principles.

Each class is carefully layered, with options to regress or progress exercises according to your ability. Instructors provide modifications throughout, allowing you to move at your own pace while still feeling challenged.

This class is ideal if you have attended Beginner classes and are looking for a more dynamic flow to build strength and control further.

Not suitable for first timers - please attend our Beginner class first.

Women’s Only (Beginner / All Levels)

Women’s Only classes follow the same structure, pace and and level guidance as the class stated (Beginner or All Levels), in a women-only environment.

These sessions are designed to offer a comfortable and supportive space for those who prefer to train in a women-only setting. Expect the same high-quality instruction, layered programming and options to regress and progress exercises as needed.

All abilities appropriate to the class level are welcome.

If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend an Intro to Reformer Pilates first.
